Abstract
Objective : In The cognitive therapeutic exercise, Visuospatial are used cognitive problems and contact assignment frequently. In normal adults of visuospatial accoding to planes of motion space cognitive ability compare direction with distance of elements and Effective method of Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise Strategy is proposed.

Methods : he subjects of this study, a total of 32 patients Men and women respectively were selected 16 patients. Age range, 17 to 72 years old and ends average was 44.09 years old. The study period was carried out From August 6, 2010 by 1 October. According to planes of Motion the space cognitive ability assessment were that using a template In view of the blocked state of the examinee. From coronal plane to sagittal plane on direction and distance cognitive
abilities were between dominant hand non-dominant hand assessed individually.

Results : Space cognition ability of coronal plane and sagittal plane than coronal plan is higher than the upper sagittal plane. Cognitive Exercise respond by face of space cognition is sagittal plane on the left side was significantly higher than the coronal plane. Left coronal plane is significantly higher than right sagittal, By face three kinds of cognitive problems(direction, distance(1), distance(2)) Comparison between the scores showed a signigicant correlation.
Least significant difference on Post verification as a result of multiple comparison was by face cognitive problems distance(1) and distance(2) for all except showed significant differences. Gender Differences in space cognitive abilities to the right coronal plane was significantly higher men than women.

Conclusion : In healthy adults according to planes of motion space cognitive ability that it was found higher than sagittal plane in the coronal plane. The above results suggest that cognitive Therapeutic Exercise for patients of the cognitive problems if space present task from coronal plane to be more effective approach is to suggest.
